How to delete your EasyPathUni account
You can ask us to delete your EasyPathUni account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From the mobile app
- Open the EasyPathUni Android app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
By email
Write to support@easypathuni.com from the email address on your account, asking for deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name and email address
- Your course enrolments and lesson progress
- Your quiz attempts and results
- Certificates issued to you
What we keep, and for how long
Records of completed purchases are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, because we are obliged to keep them. They are not used for anything else once your account is gone.
How long it takes
Requests are handled within 30 days. We confirm by email once it is done.
Deletion is permanent. Enrolments, progress and certificates cannot be restored afterwards, including for courses you paid for. If you only want to stop receiving emails, contact us instead — that does not require deleting your account.
